Your permanent Steam account identifier links purchases and game benefits to the right player.

YOUR DATA
Your information, explained
What we keep. Why we keep it.
The badge above shows the identity information in your website account. It is not a complete list of every record Knucklehead Servers processes.
Account identity
Steam ID and public display name connect your website account to your in-game identity. We store recoverable identity details encrypted and use keyed hashes for account lookups.
Memberships & purchases
Product type, amount, currency, payment reference, payment status, access dates and renewal or cancellation dates let us deliver and manage your purchases. View these records in Subscriptions and Purchases. PayPal handles payment details; we do not store your card details.
Age confirmation & purchase consent
We record that you confirmed you are 18 or older, the purchase terms revision you accepted and when you accepted it. This is a confirmation, not a copy of your identity document or date of birth.
Sign-in & session records
Temporary session and login-verification records keep you signed in and help prevent forged or replayed sign-ins. Session tokens are stored as hashes; the browser uses secure sign-in cookies.
Service security & gameplay records
Connection information, such as IP addresses and request times, helps operate and protect our services. Game activity, economy and leaderboard records support gameplay and fair play. Moderation or support records may be kept when needed to investigate a report or resolve an issue.
This page explains the main record types; it is not a download of every log or retained record. For retention, who can see information, and access, correction or deletion requests, read our Privacy Policy or contact the team privately.

One-time purchase access
Expired & ended memberships
Cancelling stops future renewals. Paid access remains until the end date shown.
Past transactions
